A: After login, click on the "Claim Goods" option at the top right of Gobuyship home page, input country, waybill and details of the parcels (including product categories, name, value, quantity, etc.), click "confirm and submit" to complete the claim. If there is any need to claim multiple parcels, please click "add goods". The original form will be empty and another parcel can be claimed. The claimed parcel will be updated automatically. To view the parcel information, click "My Parcel" at the top of the homepage.
Q: where can I see the warehouse address?
A: after login the account, click "My Warehouse" at the top of homepage to view the warehouse addresses of different countries. When you fill in the recipient's address, please fill in as the format of the warehouse address so as not to reject or lose the goods.

Q: "Parcel Out"? Does it represent that the parcel has been shipped by air without system information updated?
A: "Parcel Out" means the goods have been shipped out of the overseas warehouse to the airport, etc. The system information will be updated in real time when the parcel is on plane.
Q: If Door-to-Door service is used, can the packages of multiple countries be consolidated and shipping fee can be combined for calculation?
A: As each warehouse has different charges on shipping fee, the parcels in different warehouse cannot be consolidated.
Q: What is the opening time of the Self Collection Station?
A: click "Consolidation" with drop-down menu - click "Self-Collection" to view the addresses and business hours of each Self-Collection Station.

Q: If seller did not provide the tracking number, how should I do?
A:In normal situation, the system cannot track the real-time location of goods without waybill number; goods without waybill number are not accepted for consolidation. However, some customerschoosethe courier without waybill number when placing orders without notification, GOBUYSHIP will try its best to transfer packages without waybill number to customers. When the goods arrive at the overseas warehouse, information will be pushed to the customer account according to the member ID. When the consolidation process is conducted, it isnecessary to fill in missing information of the pushed item before the parcel is shipped out.
Note: Due to the parcel without waybill number, if the goods failed to deliver under bad situation of local delivery in some countries, GoBuyShip will not take any responsibility, parcels can be tracked after arrived in Hong Kong.
Parcels without waybill number need to be claimed, otherwise we will charge handling fee of HKD 5 on each parcel.
Q: If wrong information is filled during consolidation. Does the order be changed?
A: Before the order is confirmed, the wrong can be deleted in "my parcel" and then fill in the correct one. If the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Please contact our customer service.

Q: If SMS notification is not received for parcel collection?
A: Click the order “details” in the “record” and the pick-up password can be found.
Q: What is the meaning of "Parcel In"?
A: It means the parcel had arrived at the overseas warehouse and weighted, which means that the parcel can be consolidated. At the same time, customer needs to login the account and finish the consolidation process.
Q: if I purchase on an overseas online shop, how do I use oversea warehouse service?
A: Customer must fill in the shopping delivery address with the overseas warehouse address, name and member ID provided by GoBuyShip.
When you receive the tracking number provided by online shop, please fill in the parcel details in the "claim goods" of GoBuyShip website.
Q Why do my parcels cannot be consolidated?
A: After the parcel arrives at the overseas warehouse, Gobuyship will weigh it, andconsolidation process can be conducted after the weight is updated.

Q: what is the arrangementon unpacking/changing in Japanese warehouse?
A: Ourstaff will evaluate the situation of the goods and arrange for the unpacking/replacement the packaging of the goods. Basically, the packaging of the original goods will not be removed (except for special requirements).
